“Big thanks to @summitspaandfloat for helping me out today with some recovery. ( Cupping, Compression, and Float therapy. ) After hurting my back seat bouncing a jump in practice Wednesday. I was only able to ride a few laps of each practice session with the pain. So got a shot and some KT tape from Alpinestars Medic Crew and fought though the pain during the races. No where near where we should have been. Getting healed up so I can come back stronger this Sunday!

  First time in a spa in awhile and wow! The moment I walked in I felt an immediate sense of calm and peace from the music to the decor to the staff. Very friendly group of people and, oh my gosh, they actually know what they are doing! Definitely get Tiler for all your Mani/Pedi/Face needs. She is extremely thorough and also super friendly!
